Methods
  • 1. Take a vessel add water bring it to boil.
  • 2. Now add sago, cook it becomes transparent
  • 3. Cooked moong dal for 2 whistle at pressure cooker
  • 4. After sago become transparent add cooked moong dal
  • 5. Now add jaggery cook until it melt
  • 6. Pour the Coconut milk at low flame cook it for a min
  • 7. Take a pan add nova ghee, roast cashew, raisin and coconut kernels
  • 8. Add it into the payasam... Serve it
