Ingredients For Multigrain cookies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a large mixing bowl add ghee in it . Add powdered sugar and micmx it.
  • 2. Take a whisker and whisk continuously 15-20 minutes till the mixture turns fluppy n light. Add essence in it.
  • 3. Then add all the flours one by one And knead a dough
  • 4. Preheat pressure cooker for 5 minutes.. Add salt in bottom of cooker.remove its whistle n ring
  • 5. Grease a baking dish
  • 6. Pick small ball from dough..press it lightly and set it in baking tray.
  • 7. Keep some distance between cookies
  • 8. Keep tray in cooket, cover with lid and cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame. Check once in Between
  • 9. Let it cool . Serve with tea or coffee.
