Ingredients For Mustard Chicken (sorshe murgi) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fry the chicken in oil and butter.
  • 2. Now fry for a while in oil with bay leaves, onion, garlic, green chillies, now with mustard paste, fry chicken.
  • 3. Now put cornflower in water. Cover with salt, Kashmiri chili powder and milk.
  • 4. When the chicken is cooked and dry, pour little cream and switch off the gas.
