Ingredients For Mysore Pak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a nonstick, wok add sugar and milk. Make a string syrup.
  • 2. Now add milk powder cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Now add gram flour and cook for 2 minutes more for lump free mixture.
  • 4. Now add warm ghee in it. Stir continuously till ghee merge with mixture.
  • 5. Add yellow food colour and mix well.
  • 6. Now pour the mixture in greased plate or mould.
  • 7. Keep aside for ½ an hour for cool completely.
  • 8. Now cut the pieces. Our Mysore Pak is ready now.
