Methods
  • 1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for at least 4 hours.
  • 2. Drain the water and add the rice into the blender jar.
  • 3. Add water to the jar and blend it.
  • 4. Blend until smooth batter is formed.
  • 5. Take out the batter and place it in a bowl and add salt for taste.
  • 6. Add water such that the batter becomes very thin and liquidy.
  • 7. Now take a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
  • 8. Pour a little amount of the batter on the pan and rotate the pan such that the batter spreads everywhere.
  • 9. Now wait for 2 minutes till the colour of the dosa turns goldenish.
  • 10. Flip the dosa for other side to get cooked and then take it out.
  • 11. Our neer dosa is ready and can be eaten with chutney.
