Make sure your dressing has to be thick.Use extra virgin olive oil for better taste.

  • 1. Put a deep bottomed pan on a high flame and boil eggs in it for 8 to 10 minutes. Next, boil potatoes with salt on a medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes and blanch beans with salt for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and either rinse with cold water to stop the cooking or shock for half a minute in ice water.
  • 2. Peel the eggs and halve them on a plate. Next, peel potatoes and dice them. Cut beans into 2-inch pieces.Cut tomatoes into wedges.Use some chunks of tuna.
  • 3. Now prepare the dressing for the salad by mixing Dijon mustard-1 tsp, Extra virgin olive oil-100 ml, Lemon juice-3 tbsp, Parsley chopped-2tbsp, Garlic chopped-2 cloves, Salt and pepper for taste. You can blend them or by mixing them using a whisk.
  • 4. Make a bed of lettuce on a serving plate. Arrange all the ingredients on top of the lettuce. When you do this salad make sure ingredients should not be mixed together. It has to be arranged properly.
  • 5. Drizzle the dressing on the salad.
  • 6. Finish the salad with olives and sprinkle capers.
