Ingredients For NUCHINUNDE/DHAL DUMPLINGS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak tuvar dhal & channa dhal overnight
  • 2. Drain excess water, grind dhal & chilies roughly
  • 3. Add grinded pate to a mixing bowl
  • 4. Add chopped cilantro leaves, chopped mint leaves & salt, mix well
  • 5. Make shapes of your choice & steam for 12/15 minutes
  • 6. Can be served with chutney/ghee
