Methods

How to make Nutty Mango Chocolates Recipe

1. In a pan, add dessicated coconut and roast for few mins. Add mango puree, sugar and milk powder and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
2. Add ghee and cook for 5-10mins on low flame till it becomes a mass and starts leaving the pan. Let it cool.
3. Make small balls out of the mixture and stuffed chopped nuts in the center. Refrigerate for about 2hours.
4. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Dip each chilled mango ball into melted chocolate and coat from all sides.
5. Let it cool on a parchment paper. Enjoy once the chocolate is set.
