The mango balls should be completely chilled before dipped in chocolate else the chocolate will not be coated.

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, add dessicated coconut and roast for few mins. Add mango puree, sugar and milk powder and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  • 2. Add ghee and cook for 5-10mins on low flame till it becomes a mass and starts leaving the pan. Let it cool.
  • 3. Make small balls out of the mixture and stuffed chopped nuts in the center. Refrigerate for about 2hours.
  • 4. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Dip each chilled mango ball into melted chocolate and coat from all sides.
  • 5. Let it cool on a parchment paper. Enjoy once the chocolate is set.
