  • 1. First of all roast the oats in ghee n grind it.
  • 2. In a frying pan take milk and boil .add oats powder n cook till thik.
  • 3. When consistency is thik add sugar and cardamom powder.
  • 4. Make it cool .in a plate greese with ghee n spread the mixture and let it cool.
  • 5. Cut in your choice shape .
