First mix in honey, sunflower seeds,dates and raisins with oats and then grease a silicon mould and transfer the mixture to the mould and flatten it with the back of the spoon .

Bake this at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Now pour melted chocolate over the baked oats and sprinkle crushed orange Marie biscuit over it and freeze the dessert for one hour. Demould and cut when Cold and transfer to airtight container. Keep it chilled always else chocolate will melt.

How to melt a chocolate? Either in microwave or double boiler method. In the microwave melt it for 30 second or use double boiler method place water in a pan a glass bowl and the chocolate in the glass bowl and keep stirring till it melts .

Chop the chocolate before melting . It will make it easy to melt.
