Ingredients For Oats Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1/2 cup soaked Dalia (for 1 hour)
  • 2. In a bowl add roasted oats, soaked Dalia and all chopped vegetables, salt and curd. Mix all the things together
  • 3. Add water to make the batter of pouring consistency
  • 4. Add eno and mix well
  • 5. Put the batter into moulds and steam cook for 10-12 minutes
  • 6. Take out of moulds once idlis are cooled down to room temperature
  • 7. Give a tempering of Mustard Seeds and curry leaves in mustard oil.
  • 8. Serve it either with coconut chutney or green chutney
