Ingredients For Oats makhana kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast makhana and plain oats in a kadhai. keep aside and cool down n grind it to make a powder.
  • 2. Heat milk in a kadhai.when it comes to a boil , add the roasted makhana -oats powder to it.
  • 3. Simmer the milk slowly, stirring regularly,on low flame at least 10 minute,add sugar , cardamom powder in it.
  • 4. Grind almond and make a powder
  • 5. Then add almond powder in this kheer
  • 6. After the milk thickness, switch off the flame
  • 7. Serve the kheer warm during winter,and cold in summer.
