  • 1. Take a bowl ,whisk egg and add onion ,and corriander leaves .
  • 2. And then add salt and black pepper
  • 3. Take a pan put oil ,when oil heats up ,put the egg mixture and whn its partial cook add cheese to it .and wait for 2 -3 mins .
  • 4. When cheese melts .fold the omelette and served it. With coriander leaves ,chili flakes .
