Ingredients For Egg Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. whisk all dry ingredients.
  • 2. Add egg mixture with chopped onion, tomato, ginger and garlic.
  • 3. Mix all ingredients and make a smooth dough.
  • 4. Coat ready dough with oil and give 3-4 gentle kneed.
  • 5. Allow dough to rest for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Roll a paratha from ready dough.
  • 7. Heat up a tawa on medium-low heat, add ½ Tbsp of butter to heat.
  • 8. Place paratha on heated tawa and give a light roast on both side. (repeat the process at least 3 time).
  • 9. Then switch the flame to high heat and give a quick roast for crispy out coat.
  • 10. Now cut it in the shape you want. And serve it with any dip.
