Methods
  • 1. Make a soft dough of flour, pinch of salt, sugar, 2tbsp oil & required hot water.Cover it & keep rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan & add onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for few minutes.
  • 3. Then add mutton keema which is already marinated with salt, turmeric & red chilli powder.
  • 4. Add all spices ,cover it & let it boil. When it will boil properly & oil will come out from the pan ,then switch off the flame.Keema is ready now.
  • 5. In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, mutton keema, salt, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder & salt. Mix it well. Stuffing is ready now.
  • 6. Now take a portion from maida dough, roll it in rectangular shape.
  • 7. Paratha should be very thin, otherwise it will not be crispy.
  • 8. Put 2tbsp egg-keema mixture in the center of the paratha, fold it & make square shape.
  • 9. Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry the paratha till it crispy.
  • 10. Mughlai Paratha is ready.Serve it hot with potato curry & salads.
