Ingredients For One pot dal recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soaked the dal for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Heat ghee in pressure cooker. Add mustard and cumin seeds. When it starts cracking add Asafoetida, ginger , garlic, green chilies and curry leaves. Saute it . Add red chilli powder.
  • 3. Add soaked dal, 2 times water (hot) , salt and turmeric. Cook it for 5-6 whistles.
  • 4. Turn of the flame. Check the consistency. Transfer it in bowladd lemon juice .
