This is one of my most favorite Thai recipes that can be easily made at home. It's only the prep which might need some time. Extremely Light and flavourful. You can add all sorts of veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and any other that you have at home. I personally don't like cauliflower and cabbage hence I have not used it in this recipe. Pad kee Mao recipe is nothing without Basil. The basil adds the missing flavour to this amazing recipe.
Since oyster sauce is quite salty, there is no need to add salt. You can add the sauces as per taste. Also, once you put the noodles in the pan saute everything on high flame and serve.
It's an aromatic Thai dish, cooked with lots vegetables & coconut milk...
