Ingredients For Veg Red Thai Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan on medium flame Add red thai curry paste and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • 2. Add broccoli, beans, carrots and mushrooms. Saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  • 3. Lower the flame and add coconut milk. Let it simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  • 4. Add salt, mix bell peppers and basil leaves. Simmer for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • 5. Remove from the flame and serve hot with rice.
