Ingredients For Palak Aalu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Clean and wash the spinach leaves. Chop it roughly.
  • 2. Chop all the vegetables.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a wok, add cumin seeds, when it starts crackle add chopped onion, green chilli and garlic.
  • 4. Sauté it . Now add Palak and potatoes. Cook it until potatoes become soft.
  • 5. Add all the spices and chopped tomato. Mix it well. Cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  • 6. Turn of the heat.
