Ingredients For Phool Makhana Chat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First roast the phool Makhana for 3 mins to remove the moisture. Now take a kadai, pour oil once it is heated. Now add green chilies, chana dal, turmeic powder,salt and Curry leaves and mix well.
  • 2. Once the tempering is done, mix phool Makhana. Now Phool Makhana Chat is ready to eat.
