Methods

How to make Pinacolada Pudding Recipe

1. Take custard powder in a saucepan. Pour 1 cup pineapple juice little by little and stir well without lumps.
2. Add coconut milk and sugar. Stir this on medium heat till mixture comes to boil. Keep aside.
3. Take spreadable agar agar in a pan. Add remaining pineapple juice, stir well.
4. Heat this till agar agar dissolves. Add this to pineapple custard.
5. Add salt and lemon. Stir well.
6. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate. Once set serve garnished with pineapple chunks and mint leaves.
