1.
Drain the pineapple slices and chop very finely.Mix the custard powder in 1/4 teacup of cold milk.

Put the rest of the milk to boil with the sugar.When the milk starts boiling, add the custard powder gradually.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes, while stirring continuously, till it is of a coating consistency.Cool the mixture.

Add 3 slices of chopped pineapple and cream and blend well in blender.Mix well and pour into a shallow dish

Freeze till slushy. Remove and beat with a whisk until smooth and creamy (or use a blender). Freeze again until firm, Or use moulds of desired shapes for freezing .
6.
Scoop to serve with finely chopped pineapple, pudina leaves,fruit sauce and cherries .
