Ingredients For Poha idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly ,in mixi grind add to a course powder add curd and mix well.
  • 2. Further, add rava , salt and water .
  • 3. Mix well making sure everything is well combined adding water as required.
  • 4. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Now add 1/2, cup water and mix well adjusting the consistency.
  • 6. Just before steaming,add eno and mix gently until the batter turn s frothy.
  • 7. Now pure the batter into greased idli plate.
  • 8. Steam the idli for 15 minutes or until the idli is cooked well.
  • 9. Finally, enjoy poha idli with green chutney.
