  • 1. First of all take the poha and sieve it through a sieve.Then put it in a pan or fry it till it becomes crisp.
  • 2. And here our poha has become tough, and it breaks easily on breaking it.
  • 3. Take out the poha and keep it aside and pour oil in the same pan.
  • 4. Now add peanuts to it and fry it.After frying, take it out in a vessel.
  • 5. Then put almonds in the same oil and fry them.
  • 6. Then add coconut and raisins and fry them for 2-seconds and take them out.
  • 7. Now put curry leaves in the same oil.Then put turmeric in it.
  • 8. Then without delay, put the roasted dry fruits in it.now put poha in it. Then add salt to it, mix it well and fry for 2 minutes.
  • 9. And our Poha Namkeen is ready. Now take it out in a hot plate and eat it.
