  • 1. First wash n socked rice poha.. keep a side.. Finely chopped potatoes n chilli..
  • 2. Take a pan n heat oil n add cumin seeds.. when it gets brown colour than add curry leaves n chillin ginger..
  • 3. Now add turmeric powder salt n potatoes n mix well. after few minutes add poha n lemon juice..
  • 4. Last add some sugar n coriander leaves.. served hot..
