Methods
  • 1. 1 First rinse the poha, drain the excess water.
  • 2. 2. Keep it aside till it becomes soft.
  • 3. 3. Transfer poha to a bowl and add yogurt and honey. Mix it gently.
  • 4. 4. Chop the mango and banana and keep aside.
  • 5. 5. Now, take the serving glasses and start layering.
  • 6. 6. First put the yogurt poha mixture. Top it with chopped mangoes and banana.
  • 7. 7. Then add a layer of yogurt poha in it. Top it with generous amount of chopped mangoes and banana.
  • 8. 8. Garnish it with pomegranate kernels. Ready to serve.
