I have made this donut with popcorn...Output is too much yummy.

Ingredients For Popcorn Donut Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take 1/2cup lukewarm milk. Add 1tbsp sugar & dry active yeast. Mix it well & keep rest for 10 minutes. The yeast will active.
  • 2. In a mixing jar take popcorns & coarsely grind it.
  • 3. Now in a mixing bowl. Add flour, popcorn powder, milk powder, salt a pinch & yeast. Add little warm water & make very sticky dough.
  • 4. Add butter & knead it for 10 minutes. Cover it & keep rest for half an hour.
  • 5. After half an hour punch the dough for remove the air bubbles inside it & knead it again.
  • 6. Now put the dough on your kitchen platform or on a big roller pin & roll it with the help of roller pin.
  • 7. Roll out small rounds from the dough & make small holes in the centre of the donuts.
  • 8. Brush butter on the donuts ,cover it & let it rise again for an hour more.
  • 9. After that heat oil in a pan & deep fry the donuts in medium flame till it turns crispy.
  • 10. In a microwave bowl take chocolate bar & let it melt for 30 seconds.
  • 11. Dip the top of the donuts in melted chocolate & put it in a plate. If you want you can dip the whole donut in chocolate.
  • 12. For decoration, spread the colourful sprinkles over it.
  • 13. Dip half portion of popcorns in chocolate & put it on donuts. It will look like flower.
  • 14. Popcorn donuts are ready. Keep it in fridge & enjoy.
