Ingredients For Popcorn Mousse Panipuri Shot Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take chocolate in a microsafe bowl & micro it for 30 second.Keep aside.
  • 2. Now in a hot pan take paneer, fresh cream & milkmaid. Mix it well & when the mixture will start to leave the sides of the pan, switch off the flame.
  • 3. Add melted chocolate with it. Make it cool & then mash it well.
  • 4. Roughly crush the cake slices & keep aside.
  • 5. Now take shot glasses. Put first layer of crushed cake.
  • 6. Then pour chocolate mixture topping with caramel popcorn.
  • 7. For caramel popcorn, heat 1cup butter in a hot pan. Add 1cup brown sugar. Stir it constantly.Cook it in low to medium heat. Add 1tbspn vanilla essence & make the caramel of one string consistency .
  • 8. Gently pour the caramel over the popcorns & spread it on a butter paper cover with aluminium foil.
  • 9. Make it cool for few minutes.
  • 10. Finally take some panipuri. Break the top portion of it. Put one layer of cake. Then pour chocolate layer topping with caramel popcorn.
  • 11. Sprinkle some grated chocolate, make it cool in fridge for few times & then serve.
