Ingredients For Postadana Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak postadana in water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes drain water and grind postadana in grinder adding with 1/2 cup water or milk. Make a smooth paste.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan and add postadana paste in a pan. Roast on medium flame till paste releases ghee.
  • 3. Add milk and cook . Cook until postadana gets thick in consistency. Add sugar and mava and mix well.
  • 4. Add cardamom powder and mix. Cook for some more time. When the halwa leaves the pan add some chopped nuts and switch off the flame.
  • 5. Keep it in a bowl and serve hot. Garnish with some chopped nuts.
