Pumpkin seeds and Dryfuits Laddu Recipe

As the name suggests pumpkin seeds and Dry fruits Laddu, highly nutritious and delicious too. Pumpkin seeds are good for our body. It gives us Vitamins, minerals, good fats and carbohydrates. As we eat Dryfuits in our daily diet but when I have combined with pumpkin seeds the texture and colour were mind-blowing. You can give to our children also in moderation. Also, this has made in Jaggery only. So no Sugar and additional colour.

Ingredients For Pumpkin seeds and Dryfuits Laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan roast all Dryfuits one by one also pumpkin seeds.Then keep it cool completely. When Dryfuits are cool down completely then Grind them all including pumpkin seeds.But not in Totally powder form. Should be little corse.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom sauce pan add ghee about 1/4cup first (remaining to use later),melt ghee on low flame after that add all Dryfuits Powder including pumpkin seeds powder,stir for about 10 min on low medium flame,let the mixture turn in to little golden colour or slightly brown not dark brown,also release their fragrance.after that remove pan from stove and let it cool down for 5 min. Then take pan and add ghee remaining and add crushed Jaggery.
  • 3. When Jaggery start Melting add cardamom powder,dry Ginger powder and stir continuously on low flame.when Jaggery melt completely immediately mix with Dryfuits Powder. mix well properly with spetula beacuse Jaggery is still hot. when mixture slightly cool down. Make small ball or Medium size ball whichever you like.For decoration put some whole pumpkin seeds on Laddu as shown in picture.
