As the name suggests pumpkin seeds and Dry fruits Laddu, highly nutritious and delicious too. Pumpkin seeds are good for our body. It gives us Vitamins, minerals, good fats and carbohydrates. As we eat Dryfuits in our daily diet but when I have combined with pumpkin seeds the texture and colour were mind-blowing. You can give to our children also in moderation. Also, this has made in Jaggery only. So no Sugar and additional colour.
Keep in mind Jaggery will be hot while making Laddu.
