Methods
  • 1. Dry roast ragi flour till aromatic, let it cool.
  • 2. Heat ghee ,add ragi flour, milk and almond flour mix well.
  • 3. Add jaggery and cook till ghee leaves it sides, with continue stirring.
  • 4. Arrange this mixture in greased pan , flatten it, arrange chopped nuts, let it cool.
  • 5. When cool, cut according to your choice.
