Methods
  • 1. Take a pan add ghee once heated add Ragi flour and in low flame roaste until nice aroma comes out and it start bubbling. Add sugar and mix well.
  • 2. Once mixed add hot milk. Mix until milk is fully absorbed you can see the thickness.
  • 3. Now at cardamom powder and mix well. Lastly garnish with almonds and your favourite nuts. Your delicious Ragi halwa is ready enjoy.
