Ingredients For Ragi Kichu/pidi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and Soak Ragi and moong dal for 2 hours
  • 2. Grind to a smooth paste adding chilly and ginger
  • 3. Add salt .Make a batter adding a glass of water
  • 4. Cook in a pan stirring continuously till it leaves the sides of the pan.Add butter and mix.
  • 5. Remove and cool . Make balls or any desired shapes and steam for 10 minutes
  • 6. Remove and put seasoning and sprinkle chilly flakes
  • 7. Serve with chutney of your choice
