Methods
  • 1. In a small bowl add water and mix ragi flour without lumps.
  • 2. In a sauce pan boil 1 cup water ,next add the ragi mixture to the boiled water and mix it well whemnit becomes glossy.
  • 3. Next add milk ,cardamom powder, jaggery and keep on stirring until it becomes soft and little thick.
  • 4. Serve this healthy drink when it is hot garnish with chopped mixed dry fruit.
