Ingredients For Raj Bhapa Pitha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First mix salt in rice powder and mix a little warm water with turmeric. The rice powder feels wet, and when you take it in your hand, it clumps together and when you break it, it becomes crunchy.
  • 2. Now cover the rice powder for a while. Then take it in a sieve and sift the rice powder smoothly with your hands
  • 3. Heat a rice cooker with two thirds of water. Now put a cotton cloth inside the steamer pot of the rice cooker. First spread rice powder, date jaggery, grated coconut on it and again spread rice powder, date jaggery and grated coconut in the same way and layer as desired.
  • 4. Then cover it with a cloth and keep it steamed for 10 to 15 minutes. Once done, top with grated coconut and cherry slices and cut like a cake and serve delicious Raj Vapa Pitha.
