Rajawadi Kadhi Recipe

Rajwadi kadhi is a spiced curd sauce that can be had plain or served with steamed basmati rice or cumin rice. It is a very easy, delicious & quick kadhi recipe. The recipe does not take much time to make as no pakoras are added to it. Another good thing is that you don’t need to chop any veggies like onions etc to make this Rajasthani kadhi.

Ingredients For Rajawadi Kadhi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a saucepan and mix gram flour, curd, turmeric powder and salt and make a smooth batter, put on low flame and cook. Once the mixture start to boil add water until flowing consistency.
  • 2. Cook it for 10-15 mins and keep stirring in between. Take a pan add ghee heat it and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them crackle, add curry leaves and fenugreek seeds. Add green/red whole chillis and fry them.
  • 3. Take the ready Kadhi in a serving bowl, sprinkle red chilli powder and immediately spread the hot tempering over it. We can eat this delicious authentic Rajwadi Kadhi with Roti and Rice.
