Take rajgeera aata in a big bowl and mix it cumin seeds, green chili, grated ginger, corriander leaves , rock salt and water step by step. Mix properly and avoid lumps. Make a fine paste for chilla better.

Put on the pan in gas and on the flame . Pour on oiled tava/ fry pan. Cooked both side till brown.

Grated with paneer as your choice and corriander leaves and black papper powder.
4.
Rajgeera chilla is ready to serve with chutney and curd.
