Ingredients For Rajgeera ka chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take rajgeera aata in a big bowl and mix it cumin seeds, green chili, grated ginger, corriander leaves , rock salt and water step by step. Mix properly and avoid lumps. Make a fine paste for chilla better.
  • 2. Put on the pan in gas and on the flame . Pour on oiled tava/ fry pan. Cooked both side till brown.
  • 3. Grated with paneer as your choice and corriander leaves and black papper powder.
  • 4. Rajgeera chilla is ready to serve with chutney and curd.
