Ingredients For Rajgira/Amarnath Flour Laddu Without Sugar / Jaggery Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly dry roast 1 cup amarnath/rajgira flour on medium flame for 7 minutes till colour slightly changes & then take aside.
  • 2. In a same pan roast 1/2 cup walnuts & take aside
  • 3. Roast 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds & take aside
  • 4. Remove seeds from dates if any
  • 5. To a blender, add walnuts,pumpkin seeds & grind it to coarse powder.
  • 6. Add dates & plums & grind well.
  • 7. Finally add roasted Amarnath flour & grind well till everything mix well
  • 8. Then take this mixture aside & make laddoo & store in an airtight container
