Ingredients For Rajgira kachori Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and grate boiled potato in mixing bowl. Add ragira flour, chopped green corainder leaves,salt, green chillies ginger paste, tumeric powder,red chilli powder,oil.
  • 2. Bind and knead into semi soft dough without water.
  • 3. Take small lemon size portion from prepared puri dough. Make round ball.Place on sheet. Cover with other half of sheet and roll gently to make 2
  • 4. Heat oil in frying pan. Gently drop rolled puri in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till crispy golden on both sides. Similarly prepare all Rajgira Masala Puris. Now, wait for puri cool down.
  • 5. Now, once it has cooled down, arrange the Kachori on a Serving plate. Then tap and the top of kachoris to make space for the filling.
  • 6. Add home made masala chane, diced boiled potatoes, curd , tamarind chutney, fresh coriander chutney and sprinkle some red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala.
  • 7. At last sprinkle aloo bhujia and coriander leaves . Finally, Rajgira kachori Chaat is ready. Enjoy!!
