Sweet and crispy chikki Made of amaranth which is called Rajgiri seeds which are very small ,many people eat while fasting .It's easy way to make at home.

Always use nonstick stick pan for making this chikki .Add ghee ,rock salt and jaggery and keep on stirring till jaggery gets melt and mix with ghee ,always keep on low flame for atleast 2 to 3 minutes.

Next add rajgira seeds ,cardomom powder and cashew and start mixing all together ,stir continuously and cook for 2 to 3 minutes .

Next remove in any aluminum tray or any steel tray with greasing oil to it.And spread evenly
4.
Keep this for cooling atleast 45minutes and then give cut the way u want.
