Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, soak rava with curd.
  • 2. Add salt. Add water to make medium consistency batter.
  • 3. Cover it and rest it for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Add some water if the batter looks thick. Add baking soda and give it a quick mix.
  • 5. Immediately pour the batter in the greased idli moulds.
  • 6. Steam on high medium flame for 12-14 minutes.
  • 7. Serve with hot piping sambhar and chutney.
