Ingredients For Raw Mango Sticky Rice Pop In Raw Mango Kadi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash sticky rice and soak it for 8 hours. Put it in muslin cloth and steam it till half done.
  • 2. Put coconut milk in a pot, add sugar and salt. And one tbsp masala a magic . Keep on stirring it on slow flame till it becomes a little thick.When sticky rice is fully done, pack it with coconut milk.
  • 3. Peel the mango and dice it. Put sticky rice in a pop shape with stick. De-mould it onto a plate. Garnish with sesame seeds.Serve it with dices of mango.
  • 4. Cover mangoes with water and boil till well cooked. Process the mangoes in a liquidizer and add enough water to make upto 4 cups.Mix in the the dhania, garam masala, salt and sugar and 2 packet of masala a magic.
  • 5. Heat oil and add rai, kadhi patta, sabut lal mirch and kali mirch. Saute till rai splutters. Add the onions and stir-fry till coated with the oil mixture.
  • 6. Add the mango mixture, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk, simmer for about 2 minutes.Serve the Mango Kadhi garnished with the hara dhania, chopped ginger.
