Ingredients For Rawa idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add rawa , salt and curd. Mix it well. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Add water to adjust the consistency . Add baking soda. Mix it well.
  • 3. Add water in steamer. Boil it.
  • 4. Pour the mixture in greased idli plates.
  • 5. Place it in steamer. Steam for 10-12 minutes on medium high heat .
  • 6. Check it with toothpick. Let it cool. Remove it.
  • 7. In a wok heat oil. Add mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute for minute. Add turmeric powder. Mix it.
  • 8. Add cooked idlis in it . Gently Mix it.
  • 9. Serve with any chutney or sauce.
