If the spicy rice stuffing mixture is dry, add 2 teaspoon of curd .

Methods
  • 1. Knead whole wheat flour with sal and enough water into a dough.
  • 2. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for 15 minutes.
  • 3. Another bowl add rice ,salt ,red chilli powder , geen chilli and mix well.
  • 4. Divide the dough into a equal portions.
  • 5. Spread each portion into a small puri with the edges thinner than the centre.
  • 6. Place some rice mixture in the centre,gather the edges and seal. Rest for while.
  • 7. Heat a non-stick tawa. Roll out each balls into paratha.
  • 8. Place the paratha on the hot tawa and roast for 1-2 minutes. Turn over,apply a little oil and turnover again.
  • 9. Apply a little oil on the other side too and cook on medium heat, turning sides ,till both sides are equally golden.
  • 10. Serve hot with dahi.
