Methods
  • 1. For filing:-In a hot pan add oil,Cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ginger, green chillies, hing,turmeric powder and coriander powder mix all the things switch of flame. Now add boiled potatoes salt and mix it proper. & mash.Keep aside.
  • 2. For chapati samosa:-Take the leftover roti & cut into half.Take one half and apply maida slurry to the straight end of it and make a cone shaped by sticking it.
  • 3. Now add the filling in it and again apply maida slurry to open ends and close it properly.
  • 4. Fry it medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot.
