Ingredients For Sabudana Cutlet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind the sabu Dana into fine powder in mixer grinder
  • 2. Take peanuts and roast them and grind them.
  • 3. Take green chilli ,curry leaves and ginger and make a fine paste.
  • 4. Take the boiled potatoes and mash them
  • 5. Take a bowl and take the mashed potatoes, the fine paste , jeera ,sabu dana and peanut powder , salt and mix them well.
  • 6. Make small balls out of the mixture and shape it into cutlet shape.
  • 7. Nau deep fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown.
  • 8. Now serve the cutlets with your favourite sauce.
