Ingredients For Sabudana Delight Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in pan and roast sago for 2-3 minutes.
  • 2. Add 1 cup milk in sago and soak it. Keep it a side for minimum 1/2 an hour.
  • 3. Then add sago in rest milkand cook it till milk get thick and remains half . Stir in between while cooking milk
  • 4. Add sugar, saffron strands,milkmaid, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits
  • 5. Cook it for 2-3 minutes more.
  • 6. Let it cool on normal
  • 7. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
  • 8. Add chopped mix frits, freash cream in sago delight
  • 9. Serve it cool
