Ingredients For Sabudana Kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash sabudana 3-4 times. Soak sabudana in 4 cup water for 15 minutes.
  • 2. After that remove all excess water (just keep 1 tbsp water in it) and soak it for 5-6 hrs.
  • 3. Now in a pan add milk and sabudana and boil it for 7-8 minutes.
  • 4. Add jaggery, cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add dryfruits. Keep stirring.
  • 5. Now add salt , mix well. Off the flame.
  • 6. Tasty, delicious Sabudana Kheer is ready to serve.
