Ingredients For Sabudana khichadi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom kadai n add ghee. Let it heat.
  • 2. Now add jeera, green chilli chopped n curry leaves. Let it flutter.
  • 3. Now add cut boiled potatoes, peanuts n saute for a while.
  • 4. Add salt, sugar n pepper powder. Mix it well n add soaked sabudana.
  • 5. Mix well n cover the kadai with lid n cook it on v slow flame for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Once sabudana pearls get cooked, khichadi is ready to serve.
