Ingredients For Sabudana khichdi recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera and let them splutter.Next, add diced potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes till they are cooked.
  • 2. Now add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, and cook for another minute.
  • 3. Add the drained sabudana, peanuts, salt, sugar and mix until well combined.
  • 4. Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes .Don't overcook sabudana, otherwise, it would turn mushy and lumpy
  • 5. Next, turn off the gas and add lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and toss well to combine.
  • 6. Serve the hot Sabudana khichdi on a plate
